Atune processes product-behavior data to help software teams understand active customers. We act as processor for identity data that you intentionally send after accepting the Data Processing Agreement.
What we process
Behavioral events, account identifiers, and – only when enabled by you – identity traits such as names and emails. We do not fingerprint users or scrape request bodies.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing privacy@useatune.com. We will verify the request and coordinate with the relevant customer, who remains the data controller.
